When you submit an expression of interest to Precision Water Solutions Pty Ltd (PWS), we collect the details you enter in our Wix form, including your name, contact details, location, preferred roles, site inductions, availability and CV. We use this information to assess your suitability for project and shutdown work and to contact you when a suitable opportunity comes up. Without the required details, we may be unable to assess your EOI or contact you.

Who can see my information?
Within PWS, only people who need your information for their work can access it. If we consider you for a particular project, we may share relevant details with the client, site operator or labour provider where needed to assess your suitability or arrange mobilisation. We limit what we share to what is needed for that purpose.

How long will PWS keep my CV?
We keep your information while we need it for recruitment or to meet legal or contractual requirements. When we no longer need it, we securely destroy it or remove the details that identify you.

How do I update my details or leave the EOI pool?
Email enquiries@precisionwater.au, attention Director – Finance & Administration, to update your availability, request access to or correction of your information, ask to be removed from the EOI pool, or raise a privacy concern. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We’ll respond within a reasonable period.
